Terms and conditions of sale and use

Purpose

These general terms govern the use of the TierSafe service (the "Service"), published by ARDNTECH, which helps make a third-party file (customers, suppliers) reliable for electronic invoicing.

Credits

The Service works on a prepaid basis: purchasing credits (1 credit verifies one third-party record) gives access to verifications. The main features are:

• credits do not expire;
• a failed run is refunded;
• re-running the same file within 24 hours of a first run is free (fixing a column mapping).

Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax, on the credits purchase page. The amount and the number of credits are fixed at the time of order: a later price change does not affect an order already placed.

Payment

Payment is made online, on our provider's secure payment page, by bank card. Credits are issued once payment is confirmed.

Invoicing

An invoice is issued for each paid purchase. It is available from your account and shows the number, date, issuer and your company details as entered at checkout.

Service

The Service returns a verdict per record (ready, to confirm, blocking) based on official registers (SIRENE, BAN). The official sources remain the only authorities: the TierSafe verdict is decision support and does not replace a verification obligation that rests with you.

Data

Uploaded files are kept only as long as needed for processing. For details of the data processed, the purposes and your rights, see our privacy policy.

After 24 months without a login, an account is notified by email then deleted (anonymised), with associated files erased.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The publisher uses its best technical efforts to ensure reliable verifications but cannot be held liable for an invoice rejection caused by a third-party record that is inaccurate or not updated by the customer.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts.
