Data controller

The data controller is TierSafe, reachable via the contact page.

Data collected and purposes

In this demo version, no imported data is sent or stored: processing remains local to your browser. In production, TierSafe processes the following data:

• third-party files uploaded (customers, suppliers), for analysis and data quality;
• business email address, to follow up on the request;
• connection data, for the security and proper operation of the service.

Legal bases

Processing is based on the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and the publisher's legitimate interest in improving the quality of its customers' databases.

Retention periods

Analysed files are kept only as long as strictly necessary for processing, then deleted according to the period specified in the contract. [Period to be specified.]

Recipients

The data is accessible to authorised TierSafe teams and, where applicable, to approved technical partners strictly necessary for the checks (legal and banking reference bases).

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, contact contact@tiersafe.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
